Ross Harrison
Ross began his career in 2000 when he joined Bank of Ireland Group. Ross then joined BDO Ireland and worked in the Financial Services Division, and he later worked with Invesco advising Personal and Business clients on all aspects of financial planning and strategy. Ross established Finplan Limited in 2009.
Ross is a Qualified Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner™ and holds an MSc in Financial Services from University College Dublin. Ross is also a member of the Institute of Bankers.
Orla Smith
Operations Manager
Orla began working with ICS Building Society in 2004, where she worked as a Broker Credit Consultant. Orla joined Bank of Ireland Mortgages in 2007 as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter, and from 2015 Orla was a Credit Manager leading a team of mortgage underwriters.
Orla began working with Finplan Limited in March 2021. Orla is a Qualified Financial Advisor and a member of the Institute of Bankers.
Tanya Marshall
Mortgage Advisor
Tanya began her career with Nationwide UK in 2003 as a Mortgage Team Leader and Assistant Manager. Tanya joined Bank of Ireland in 2013 as a Mortgage Advisor and was promoted to Mortgage Specialist in the Bank of Ireland Branch Network in 2016.
In December 2021, Tanya began working with Finplan Limited. Tanya is a Qualified Financial Advisor and an Institute of Bankers member.
Antoinette McGrath
Mortgage Advisor
Antoinette has over 17 years of experience in branch banking and management with AIB. Throughout her career, she has developed a wide range of skills with particular expertise in home mortgages.
In May 2025 Antoinette joined Finplan as a Mortgage Advisor. Antoinette is a Qualified Financial Advisor and an Institute of Bankers member.
Margaret Whitty
Mortgage Manager
Margaret began working with KBC Bank in 1999, where she worked in Homeloan Mortgages as a New Business Team Leader. Margaret joined BDO Ireland in 2004 and worked in the Financial Services Division as an Assistant Manager and a Mortgage Broker managing mortgage applications and enquiries.
Margaret began working with Finplan Limited in January 2020. Margaret is a Qualified Financial Advisor and a member of the Institute of Bankers.
Adrienne Barrett
Mortgage Manager
Adrienne began her career in financial services in 1999 with Bank of Ireland in London. She later moved to Co. Mayo, taking on roles in customer advice and mortgage lending. From 2010 to 2016, Adrienne worked as a Mortgage Advisor and Customer Service Manager with Bank of Ireland, guiding clients through the mortgage process and also managing a Branch banking team.
Adrienne joined Finplan Limited in June 2025. She is a Qualified Financial Advisor and a member of the Institute of Bankers.
Jurgita Vigeliene
Mortgage Manager
Jurgita began her career in financial services in 2014, working in banking roles across Lithuania and the Czech Republic. She moved to Ireland and joined AIB in 2015, progressing from Customer Service Advisor to Mortgage Advisor. Jurgita then spent over eight years with Bank of Ireland, where she held a number of roles including Mortgage Specialist, Senior Mortgage Specialist, Mortgage Broker Specialist, and Broker Relationship Associate.
Jurgita joined Finplan Limited in March 2026. Jurgita is a Qualified Financial Advisor and a member of the Institute of Bankers.
Richard Devlin
Head of IT
Richard has over twenty years’ experience in banking, having spent much of his career with HSBC. During that time, he developed deep expertise in software development and integration, delivering technology solutions across a range of banking functions. He is known for his strong focus on detail and his commitment to quality outputs.
Richard joined Finplan Limited as Head of IT in January 2023, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy and infrastructure. Richard qualified as an actuary through the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA).
